(c) At least 10 years’ experience as a Road Safety Expert/Superintending Engineer or equivalent/Executive Engineer or equivalent on similar construction work/Independent engineering project.
(d) Should have handled at least one Project of 80 Km length or two projects of a total length of 100 Km for a major highway project.

For Structures like Water Tower & Silos, Maximum permissible settlement in Sandy Strata to be considered is 50mm for Isolated footing & 100mm for Raft Footing.
This is the context for my question.
